Real Estate Update 2026 Citrus County

Florida Association of Realtors:

“Florida’s housing market slowed in 2025, but easing mortgage rates, steady migration and improving international activity point to early momentum.” 

Experts say 2026 will be better for real estate here is what has sold this year so far and what is for sale now.  Black Diamond, Pine Ridge, Citrus Hills gated.
